ZB8110 | External braking resistor
During the acceleration phase, a motor needs energy supply, whereas during braking a motor can be used as a generator, feeding energy back into the DC-Link, which raises the voltage in the DC-Link. If the voltage exceeds the adjustable threshold value, a ballast resistor is activated.
