EL2828 | HD EtherCAT Terminal, 8-channel digital output 24 V DC, 2 A

Description

The 8-channel EL2828 digital output terminal connects the binary control signals from the electrically isolated automation device on to the actuators at the process level. The EL2828 is protected against polarity reversal and processes load currents with outputs protected against overload and short-circuit. The HD EtherCAT Terminal contains eight 2 A channels, consisting of signal output and 0 V, whose signal state are indicated by light emitting diodes. The power contacts are looped through. In the EL2828 the outputs are fed via the 24 V power contact. The conductors can be connected without tools in the case of single-wire conductors using a direct plug-in technique. The maximum total output current of the terminal is 10 A.
